Can I return my order?

In the first instance please contact our customer service team on 01506 430309 or email advice@empteezy.co.uk clearly stating your reasons for wanting to return the item(s). We treat each case on its own merits and will work with you to see if a return is possible.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes to, or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01506 430309 or email advice@empteezy.co.uk Providing your order has not been dispatched we will be able to cancel or amend your order and issue a full refund.

If there is an issue with the items I have received, how can you help?

In the first instance please contact our customer service team on 01506 430309 or email advice@empteezy.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of the items and we will arrange either a replacement or refund as appropriate. Full details governing our returns policy can be viewed in our Terms and Conditions.
